I didn’t take a straight path here. ( Or anywhere. 🌈 )

I started as a cruise ship a capella singer. I’ve bagged groceries, waited tables, managed a temp payroll hotline, and spent years inside the halls of Google and Salesforce: helping launch Google Glass, leading strategy sessions, and hosting conversations with executives from around the world.

Each experience taught about how ideas become real: how messy, ambitious visions need structure, trust, communication, and care in order to grow.

Over time, I realized that I was less interested in corporate prestige and more interested in the people shaping culture in quieter, more human ways — founders, makers, artists, and creative teams building meaningful things from the ground up.

That can look like clarifying brand direction, building systems that reduce overwhelm, shaping a long-term growth strategy, or simply helping someone step back and see the bigger picture again.

My work is rooted in the belief that creative work matters deeply. Especially now. In a world optimized by speed, scale, and extraction, I believe good work should still be and feel human. And the people making it deserve lives that are sustainable, connected, and creatively alive.

I live in Tucson with my husband, Bruno, in a home full of desert light, art books, and the smell of perfume from his fragrance studio. When I’m not working, I’m probably in the garden, biking, hiking, seeing a film, or cooking for friends.

The through-line is this: I believe creative work is can help people be and stay connected — to themselves, to each other, and to the world around them. My role is helping protect the conditions that allow that work to exist.

Selected Experience

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across global tech companies, creative businesses, customer experience, operations, and strategic facilitation. I have helped turn ambitious ideas into experiences, systems, and teams that actually work.

Some highlights along the way:

  • Helped launch Google Glass at Google, leading operational experiences and customer onboarding during the product’s earliest public rollout

  • Led executive engagement and strategic experience work at Salesforce, facilitating conversations and programs for global leaders, customers, and internal teams

  • Advised Workday on customer experience strategy, executive alignment, and storytelling

  • Helped grow FZOTIC, an independent artist-led fragrance brand, through operational strategy, systems design, fulfillment, wholesale growth, and customer experience

  • Worked alongside founders, artists, and creative teams to clarify vision, reduce overwhelm, and build structures that support sustainable growth

Across all of these experiences, I kept noticing the same thing: The best ideas rarely fail because of creativity. They struggle because people lose clarity, momentum, trust, or connection along the way.

That’s the work I care most about now.
